Custom Furniture for the Elite is a Los Angeles-based bespoke furniture studio serving high-net-worth homeowners, interior designers, and hospitality brands across Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. With over 25 years of craftsmanship and 1,000+ pieces delivered, the studio builds everything from VIP office furniture to full yacht refits and hand-carved heirloom pieces.

Despite the caliber of their work, their existing website was built on an outdated WP Bakery Page Builder setup — slow, difficult to manage, and no longer reflecting the premium quality of the brand. They needed a complete redesign that matched the elegance of their craftsmanship while making it easy for their team to showcase new projects without relying on a developer.

The Challenge

The old site was holding the brand back in a few key ways:

  • Built on WP Bakery, an outdated builder that was slow to edit and rigid to redesign
  • No dedicated system for showcasing past projects — every new project had to be manually coded into the site
  • No high-converting lead capture on the homepage to turn visitors into consultation requests
  • Unoptimized images and lack of speed optimization, hurting both user experience and SEO
  • Not fully responsive or up to modern design standards expected by a luxury clientele

The goal: migrate the entire site to Elementor Pro, redesign it with a premium, modern aesthetic, and build a dynamic project portfolio system the client could manage entirely on their own — without touching code.

  • Implemented taxonomy filters on the portfolio page so visitors can easily browse projects by category
  • Connected ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) to allow dynamic image and content uploads from the WordPress backend straight to the frontend design

Image & Speed Optimization

  • Converted all images from PNG/JPEG to WebP format for faster load times
  • Performed full speed optimization across the site for better performance and Core Web Vitals

Responsive & Modern Design
